Ukason Studio designs private events and destination journeys, and we are based in London. When you share your details with us, we are the people responsible for looking after them. In data protection terms, that makes us the data controller.

If you have any question about your information, or you want us to change or remove it, write to us at info@ukasonstudio.com.

When you send an enquiry or a planning brief, we only collect what you choose to tell us. That is usually your name, email, and phone number, along with the details of what you are planning: the occasion, dates, group size, budget, any preferences, and any dietary or access needs.

When you browse the site, we also see a little anonymous information about how the pages are used, the page you arrived on, and the link you followed if it carried a campaign tag.

We use your details to reply to you, prepare proposals, plan and deliver what you have asked for, and stay in touch about your project. We also use what we learn to make the site better.

We never sell your information, and we will not send you unrelated marketing unless you have asked us to.

UK law asks us to have a reason for using your information. Ours are: your consent when you submit a form, the need to plan and deliver a service you have asked for, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio, provided that does not override your rights.

A few trusted companies help us run things, and they only ever see what they need to. Today those are Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (our database), Resend (sending email), and Calendly (booking calls).

When we plan an event or journey, we share only the details a venue or supplier needs to play their part.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to help you and deliver our work, and after that only for as long as the law or sensible record-keeping requires. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask to see the information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@ukasonstudio.com.

If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can also raise it with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Our analytics are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies to follow you around. If we ever add cookie-based tracking, we will ask first and update this page.

Some of the companies we work with may handle information outside the UK. When that happens, we make sure the proper safeguards are in place, as UK law requires.
