These terms cover how you use the Ukason Studio website and the planning services we offer. By using the site or sending us an enquiry, you are agreeing to them.

We design and coordinate private events and destination journeys. The site shows our work and lets you share an enquiry or brief. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. On its own, it does not create a booking or a contract.

Any prices, ideas, or availability we mention before a written proposal are a guide and can change. The proposal we send sets out the real scope, price, and terms for your project, and it takes priority over the general information on this site.

A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed it in writing and received any deposit we have asked for. The payment terms, deposits, and balances for your project are set out in your proposal or invoice.

If you need to change or cancel, we handle it according to the terms in your proposal. Because we commit to venues and suppliers on your behalf, some costs may not be refundable once those arrangements are made.

Delivering an event or journey usually involves others, such as venues, restaurants, transport, and suppliers. We choose and coordinate them carefully, but anything they provide directly is also covered by their own terms.

The words, images, and design on this site belong to Ukason Studio or the people who license them to us. Please do not reuse them without asking.

We provide our website and services with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here removes any responsibility that the law says we cannot remove.

These terms follow the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is for the courts of England and Wales.
